ANGAU Maintenance configured for work requests, asset history and preventive servicing

The Maintenance department at ANGAU Memorial Provincial Hospital approached Moana after seeing the work with the clinical departments. It is now mapped and configured in Moana, with go live at ANGAU expected in the coming weeks.

Maintenance and clinical continuity

Clinical services depend on equipment and facilities beyond the clinical floor. Cold rooms protect vaccines and blood, and generators keep theatre running.

One queue for work requests

In Moana, any department raises a work request from its own dashboard, specifying location, asset, fault and priority. Requests enter a single queue for triage and dispatch and are tracked to completion. Parts, labour and response time are recorded against each job.

Asset history and preventive servicing

Each asset holds a service history by location. Scheduled preventive servicing is generated for critical equipment such as generators and cold rooms, and parts stock is linked to suppliers.
